The Diocese of Toledo is searching for a full-time Professional Learning Coordinator to join our Department of Catholic Education. Under the direction of the Director of Curriculum and Instruction, the Professional Learning Coordinator assists the Department of Catholic Education in supporting the Department and Schools in the areas of licensure and professional development. The Professional Learning Coordinator coordinates all licensures and permits for all teachers, principals, coaches and aides within the Diocese of Toledo, in addition to supporting schools in the areas of professional development, ministerial contracts, international student programs, safe environment compliance, and teacher recruiting.
Top Qualifications:
*Bachelor’s degree in business, education, or a related field, or equivalent in experience.
*At least three (3) years of experience working in a professional office setting, with school-related experience strongly preferred.
*Solid understanding of the structure and hierarchy of Catholic Schools within the Diocese of Toledo. Must have the ability to respect, promote, accommodate, and not be in conflict with the mission, moral and social teachings, doctrines and laws of the Roman Catholic faith.
A high level of computer expertise in Microsoft Office products, the ability to provide an exceptional level of service to school personnel, and must be able to organize and prioritize work, be proactive, take initiative, simultaneously manage multiple priorities and have attention to detail.
