Bishop Flaget School, located at 570 Parsons Avenue in Chillicothe, Ohio, is seeking a dedicated, experienced, and faith-filled leader for the position of Principal beginning in the summer of 2025.

The mission of Bishop Flaget School is to challenge learners to persevere, innovate, and serve the community by following the model of Christ. In addition to providing an education founded on the faith of the Roman Catholic Church, we also offer a challenging, STEM-focused academic program. For more than 16 years, Bishop Flaget has been recognized by the Ohio Academy of Science with the Governor’s Thomas Edison Awards for Excellence in STEM Education and Student Research. Our goal is to develop young people who care about their fellow man and work to make things better for all. Our students, faculty, and staff are on a faith journey with eternal rewards.

The school is seeking a Principal who is a proven leader, capable of helping us grow in our mission of evangelization and excellence in education. Candidates must be practicing Catholics and possess a Master’s degree and administrator’s license or be eligible to obtain one. A current FBI/BCI background check, attendance at the VIRTUS Protecting God’s Children seminar and a completed online principal application for the Diocese of Columbus must be submitted as part of the application process. Salary is commensurate with the candidate’s education and experience.
