Please see below for a stellar leadership opportunity beginning July 1, 2025 in Ojai, CA, an institution dedicated to delivering the highest standard of education in the Augustinian tradition, is seeking its next President. Located on a stunning 130-acre campus, Villanova Preparatory School currently enrolls 290 young women and men in middle and high school, 75 of whom are residents in the boarding department.
The next President will join an extraordinarily strong administrative team functioning well in the President/Principal model of leadership. With the key outward focus of attention, the President will be, and possess, among other characteristics and skills:
• A practicing Catholic who lives an active and integrated faith life;
• A highly relational leader with strong emotional intelligence, particularly as a team-builder, relationship-builder, and community-builder;
• Demonstrable executive experience in a dynamic setting with many constituents;
• Experience in executive supervision of the finances of similarly sized organizations;
• Experience in organizational advancement and development, with the skill to guide a community in support of institutional goals;
• Strong oral and written communication skills, including the capacity to tell the story of the 100 year history of Villanova Prep both internally and externally;
• Enthusiasm for the critical work of Catholic schools at a challenging time.
